I’m excited to share that I’ll be joining my friend, mentor, and teacher, Danielle Van De Velde, for an interview on News for the Soul this coming Wednesday 18 February 12:30 pm AEDT.

We’ll be diving into a topic close to both of our hearts: Creative Expression.

We will discuss how creativity is fundamental part of living a Spirited life and peel back the layers on why so many of us feel 'blocked' or claim we 'aren't the creative type'. We’ll discuss how creativity is actually an innate part of being human and how we can reclaim that freedom of expression as adults, even if we didn't grow up in a 'creative; environment. And why, more than ever, we need to find a place for creative expression in our lives.
