Fieldwork is an expressive writing circle that combines energy practices with poetry and prose as a catalyst for our own expression This is not a book club or writing class. It’s a nourishing pause to refuel creativity, connect with self and others and find flow.

In Slow Reads where we take a non-fiction work and slow read it together in circle over several months discussing and integrating what we learn. Unlike a book club there is nothing to do outside of sessions.
